Are you distracted?

Sit it aside….

I have been an independent business owner for a little over 6 years. In my professional career as a Customer Care Pro & Marketing as a IBO, I’ve have worn the imposter syndrome high on my shoulders- finding it hard to “actually” work from home with children in the house.

I would essentially cave to the fact that my office space is constantly over taken by toys & noise, virtual meetings were interrupted sometimes, & I felt like almost giving up. Then came the pandemic & now my level of comfortably has changed, tremendously!

In 2017 the virtual workspace was huge, just not as relevant- in 2020 it took off to a no limits type of level.

During the switch, more parents & individuals took off to build their own brand from the drawing board which allowed me to slide from the corporate “mannerisms” to a “It’s just a sticker- no biggie” or “sticker later, let’s finish this project now!” way of behaving- but, of course professional!

Stickers, coffee stains, it is okay! I loosened up when I noticed others were relaxed & I can relax too. Now, my family & I are more compatible & adjustable our entrepreneurial lifestyle.

Check out how I maintained working from home in 2017 before our family grew!
